Account Executive for Alila

As an account executive for PRLab, my team and I created a strategic PR Plan for our client, Alila, that outlines the objectives, strategies, and tactics Alila will use to manage its public image, build relationships with key stakeholders, and effectively communicate with the public. 


Our objectives included managing client relationships, implementing strategic communication plans, and securing media coverage to enhance the public image and reputation of the skincare brand. In order to meet our goals, we conducted in-depth market research to guide communication strategies, identifying improvement opportunities, and showcasing measurable achievements in meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives outlined in client communication plans. We also implemented targeted communication strategies, fostering relationships with 28 media outlets and influencers, and elevated Alila's TikTok presence with an 18% growth in followers and an engagement rate of 50.12%.
